Terms & Conditions of stay at the Alex Guesthouse

To maintain the high standard of cleanliness and comfort of your rooms, we request that you vacate your rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure and the rooms may not be occupied before 12pm on the day of arrival.

With regret, no allowance can be made for temporary absence, or in the event of the room being vacated before the expiry date of the booking at Alex Guesthouse.
